15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved as follows:

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

 - Arbitration shall take place in the State of Delware.
 - The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.
 - The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
 - Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exception for Small Claims
